SSPA LAB USE INSTRUCTIONS

TO REQUEST LAB USE FOR A CLASS

Scheduled class lab times for Fall 2009 have been posted to http://sspa.boisestate.edu/tech/labs/hours.shtml#class.

*The following interactive form may take up to 30 seconds to load depending on your connection

LAB REQUEST or SCHEDULE CHANGE

Email kathleenfitzgerald@boisestate.edu or call 426-2657 during work hours with any questions, or call 724-3930 after hours with lab use problems.

Changes to Lab Request or Schedule

If the plans for this class/workshop change, please send notice to the Lab Manager as soon as possible so another class/workshop can be scheduled.

Lab manager or assistants prepare the lab for class, wait for the instructor to arrive, and have to insist that lab users stop working and leave to make room for your class. Please notify the Lab Manager anytime a scheduled class is not being held--including the week of finals.
Changes to Instructor or Responsible Party

Notify the Lab Manager anytime the instructor of record will not be in attendance and give the name and contact information for the responsible party.

If the person responsible for the class is not in the lab, students may have to leave the lab so the lab assistant can lock the room.

A "group study" session with a lab assistant in the lab can be scheduled if desired.
