Principles of Refugee Resettlement – Tues., 6 p.m. – 8:45 p.m.
Social Work 407 (3 credits or noncredit)
Course explores the resettlement process in the United States and provides the knowledge and skills needed to assist refugees with the resettlement experience. Course also examines personal values and beliefs and their impact on practice.

Working with Refugees Across Cultures – Wed., 6 p.m. – 8:45 p.m.
Social Work 408 (3 credits or noncredit)
Provides a framework and skills practice for effective and competent cross-cultural practice with refugees in the human services.
Credit Prerequisite: Admission to BSW candidacy or permission of the instructor (Call Kathy Tidwell at 426-5937.)
Case Management with Refugees – Thurs., 6 p.m. – 8:45 p.m.
Social Work 409 (3 credits or noncredit)
Course teaches case management knowledge and skills as applied in refugee servicing agencies such as refugee resettlement, health settings and mental health agencies.
