Scholarship & Fellowship Opportunities
The Department of Public Policy and Administration grants scholarships each year to provide financial support to high-quality students demonstrating need and to reward students for outstanding academic performance. To be eligible for an MPA scholarship, a student must register for nine or more MPA credits during the Fall semester and have a 3.0 GPA.

The Scholarship Application form is available online and you may submit a cover letter and application to the Department of Public Policy and Administration office (PAAW 127) or mail it to the address below.

The application deadline is March 1 and the Financial Aid Services office plans to notify all scholarship recipients in late April. Your notification will most likely come via your student email account. Be sure to check it often!

| At Boise State University, GEM Scholarships waive non-resident tuition* for out-of-state and international graduate students with a GPA of at least 3.0 who are accepted into a graduate program. Qualified students who attended Boise State as an undergraduate ARE eligible for a graduate GEM Scholarship, even if they received GEM support as an undergraduate.
