Pennie S. Seibert

Dr. Pennie S. Seibert

Dr. Seibert received her Ph.D. in experimental neuroscience (previously cognitive psychology) from the University of New Mexico at Albuquerque in 1990. She joined the Boise State University Psychology Department in 1990. In addition to being a Professor, Dr. Seibert serves as Chief Research Scientist for Physician Research Services, Saint Alphonsus Health System.
