Conflict Management Services

Mission Statement
Conflict Management Services (mediation) of Boise State University was established in 1990 to serve Idaho by providing training, research, and consultation toward the peaceful resolution of conflict.
Mediation offers a 12 credit hour certificate in Dispute Resolution and academic classes for the continuing education of professional conflict managers and mediators.
Services
Mediation provides fee-based training, high-conflict meeting facilitation, and consultations with Idaho businesses, organizations, and citizens. Services are focused on clients who seek the services of a university-affiliated organization.
Training can be provided on site on such topics as conflict management skills for managers, dealing with customer/client conflict, managing difficult customers/clients, and similar issues. Consultation is available for companies/organizations who are developing systems to reduce workplace conflict.
