Melissa views communication as an ongoing, ever-changing process that can lead to great satisfaction and contentment in human beings. The lack of productive communication can lead to discontentment, loss of productivity, and unfortunately in some cases violence. Thus, communication skills are of the most critical skills to acquire in order to achieve success in the professional world, relationships, and life. Melissa enjoys the continued study that is required to teach these skills to others.
