The popular Fettuccine Forum returns on February 2.
The topic will be “The Year of Idaho Food — and What’s on the Menu for the Future” discussed by Amy Hutchinson, Guy Hand, and Janie Burns.
The event is held at the Rose Room at 718 West Idaho Street. Doors open at 5:00 p.m.; the presentation begins at 5:30.
