□ Statement Of Teaching Philosophy

□ Summarized Results Of Last Three Years College Of Social Sciences And Public Affairs Teaching Evaluations

2. The following materials must be included in an additional binder or box:

□ Last three years' College of SSPA teaching evaluations

3.  Additional evidence of teaching, scholarly activity and service activities may be included in additional binders or boxes.
